Pakistan’s Call Centre Industry Earns $320 Million in FY25 Abroad

In the foreign exchange earnings of Pakistan in FY 2024-25, Pakistan’s call centers push a strong growth, which is generating over $328 million. The Call Center Industry business is expanding in Pakistan, and its operations are experiencing growth in revenues, reinforcing its role as a rising outsourcing hub.

Strong Growth in Exports

The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said that call centres and outsourcing companies earned $328 million in 2025, compared to $263 million in 2024. This means their earnings went up by about 25% in one year.

According to Adeel Azhar, President of the Call Centres Association of Pakistan, the industry is growing fast and getting more business from foreign countries. 

Pakistani Call Center Industry now provide services to clients in the US, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Dubai. Almost 90% of the work is for foreign clients, while the rest is for big companies and utility services inside Pakistan.

Right now, over 1,000 call centres are officially registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board. Besides that, there are about 500 big centres in main cities and many small ones working with software houses, digital agencies, and online businesses. 

Altogether, the industry gives jobs to more than a million people and is helping Pakistan build a good name in the world outsourcing market.
